SHIPPING

All orders will ship with a tracking number, which you will receive via email once your shipping label has been created. You can follow your package’s journey to you by using this email & clicking “view your order”.

Once your goods have been shipped, La Muse is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

 

RETURNS

All items are vintage or secondhand which means they are beautifully worn in and have lived previous lives. Therefore, small imperfections and minor wear are to be expected. All items are thoroughly inspected and any major flaws / defects will be noted in the product description.

All sales at La Muse Goods are final. Therefore, we recommend reaching out with any questions regarding an item before purchase. You may direct these questions via email to info@lamusegoods.com, via the Contact page, or via Instagram DM. We will get back with you as quickly as possible.

 

SIZING

Vintage sizing often differs from modern sizing. We will always include the tagged size (if applicable), but we will also note which size(s) the item would best fit based on modern sizing. We also include more detailed measurements on certain items. Refer to our Sizing Information page for more info and help regarding measurements.

All pieces are modeled by our founder, Jordan. For size reference, Jordan is 5’7” and a size US 0/2 or XS/S.

Since all sales are final, we recommend reaching out with sizing questions prior to purchase. We are always happy to provide more in depth sizing description and measurements upon request (if they are not already noted in the description) — you can submit these requests via email to info@lamusegoods.com, via the Contact page, or via Instagram DM.
